Put a music department
inside your institution.
Six years of running our own classrooms, packaged to run inside yours. We bring the teachers, the syllabus and the graded exam pathway — you provide the room and the slot in the week. For companies, the same faculty run team sessions, live music and discounted classes for your people.

A music department you don't have to build.
A weekly in-curriculum or after-school block, taught on your campus by Brooks faculty. Students progress on the same RSL, Trinity and ABRSM pathways our branch students follow, so what they earn at the end of the year is a certificate the outside world recognises — not an internal grade.
- Instruments, vocals, dance or a blended rotation across a term
- Class sizes and session length set to your timetable, not ours
- Graded exam entry handled by us, including registration and preparation
- Termly progress notes you can put in front of parents
- An annual showcase — the part students actually remember

For companies
Make space for people to come back to themselves.
Work is full of tabs, messages and meetings. A Brooks corporate session gives employees a genuine change of state: a guided music or dance experience where they can put the phone away, move, breathe, listen and enjoy being with their colleagues. People do not need to be “creative types” or trained musicians. They only need to arrive.
- A restorative break from screens, inboxes and performance pressure
- Music, dance and rhythm formats for different energy levels
- Runs at your office, at a branch, at an offsite or live online
- Built for wellbeing calendars, offsites, annual days and ordinary Wednesdays
- Delivered by working musicians who teach for a living, not an events agency

- Wellbeing break
A real pause from work
Give people an hour where notifications, dashboards and deadlines can stay outside. A guided music or dance session helps employees reset their attention, move their bodies and return to the day feeling more present.
- Team building
Rhythm sessions for teams
Everyone gets a drum, nobody gets a lecture. In ninety minutes a room of colleagues who have never played anything ends up holding a groove together — a memorable way to practise listening, timing and shared decision-making.
- Employee learning
Lunch-hour and after-work classes
A fixed weekly slot on your premises, taught by the same faculty who teach in our branches — guitar, keyboard, vocals, drums, dance or percussion, beginners welcome. It becomes a benefit people can build into real life, not a one-off day out.
- Live event
Music for the moments people remember
Hire Brooks Musicals for the music itself: an acoustic set for a leadership evening, a singer and band for an annual day, a cultural programme for Diwali, or a high-energy performance for a product launch.
Why it matters to employees
The best wellbeing benefit is one people look forward to.
A music class is not another webinar about balance. It is a protected pocket of time in which employees can step away from work and phones, make something with their hands and share a small win with colleagues. That makes it useful for wellbeing, morale and belonging — while still feeling like a treat.
Attention reset
Playing a rhythm, learning a chord or following a dance phrase gives the mind one clear thing to do — a useful transition out of meeting mode.
A break from phones
We invite teams to put devices away for the session. No scrolling, no inbox checking and no pressure to be productive: just a guided hour in the room.
Connection without networking
Music creates low-stakes conversations between people who may not usually work together. Colleagues listen, respond and make something together.
A welcome for every level
No one needs musical experience. The session is designed so a first-timer and an experienced player can contribute without anyone being singled out.

Need music for an important event?
Hire the musicians. Keep the occasion.
You can book us for the event alone — there is no requirement to run an employee programme as well. We help shape the music to the venue, audience, schedule and mood, then bring the right performers for the brief. Share your date, city, event type, audience size and preferred energy, and we will recommend a format.
Annual days & awards nights
An upbeat live set, a polished stage moment or a musical welcome that gives the evening its own identity.
Offsites & retreats
A participatory workshop that gets people out of presentation mode and into a shared, memorable experience.
Diwali & cultural celebrations
Indian and contemporary repertoire, vocalists, acoustic ensembles and formats shaped around the way your organisation celebrates.
Product launches & town halls
Music that creates energy before the room begins, holds attention between segments or closes the event with a lift.
Corporate rate
A bulk discount your people can actually use.
Add Brooks to your benefits list and your employees — and their children — enrol at a corporate rate on any of our courses. They can take classes at whichever of our 6 Chennai branches is nearest, or live online from anywhere in India and the world. Same teachers, same syllabus, same graded pathways; one invoice or individual billing, whichever suits your finance team.

- 5 – 14 employees10%Off standard fees for staff and their immediate family, at any branch or online.
- 15 – 39 employees15%Plus a dedicated slot at the branch nearest your office, if the numbers support one.
- 40+ employees20%Plus an on-site class, and we handle enrolment through a single point of contact.
Discounts apply to standard course fees and are set up once, against your company, so employees just name their employer when they enrol. Exam entry fees are charged by the boards and are not discountable. See what our standard fees include.

The model this is built on — six rooms, one syllabus.
Questions institutions ask first
- Do you come to our campus or office, or do we come to you?
- Either. School programmes are taught on your campus during or after the timetable. Corporate sessions run at your office. Employee enrolments can run at whichever of our six Chennai branches is nearest, or live online from anywhere.
- Which exam boards do students follow?
- The same ones our branch students follow — RSL Awards (Rockschool), Trinity College London and ABRSM. We handle registration and preparation, so the certificate a student earns is externally recognised rather than internal to the school.
- What is the minimum group size for a corporate programme?
- A rhythm workshop works from about twelve people. The employee discount starts at five enrolments. Live music has no minimum — it depends on the event.
- Can employees outside Chennai use the discount?
- Yes. Our online classes are live and one-to-one or in small groups, taught from Chennai to students anywhere in India and worldwide, so a distributed team gets the same rate as a Chennai office.
- How quickly can a programme start?
- A workshop or a live set can usually be scheduled within a few weeks. A recurring school or workplace programme needs longer, because we recruit and assign faculty to your slot rather than reshuffling an existing timetable.
- Is this a wellness activity, a team-building activity or entertainment?
- It can be any of the three, and we design the brief accordingly. A phone-free music class is a restorative employee break; a participatory rhythm or dance session is built around connection and shared accomplishment; a live set is designed for guests to enjoy while your programme continues. You can also combine a workshop with event performance.
- Can you handle music and dance for a cultural or company event?
- Yes. Brooks can provide musicians, vocalists, ensembles and dance performances for annual days, Diwali celebrations, launches, awards evenings, town halls and offsites. Tell us the venue, date, audience, duration and the kind of energy you want, and we will recommend a suitable format.
Start with a conversation, not a contract.
Tell us the age group, roughly how many students, and the slot you have in mind. We will come back with a shape and a cost.
